Service plans

Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing per 5-gallon bottle, plan fees, and delivery frequency are shown at checkout and may change with notice.

Bottle deposits

A refundable deposit applies per 5-gallon bottle in your possession. The deposit is credited back when the bottle is returned to us in good, reusable condition.

Delivery

We'll deliver to the address and schedule you provide. Someone doesn't need to be home — our drivers can leave bottles at the door or, where arranged in advance, bring them inside.

Cancellations

You may pause or cancel service at any time with no cancellation fee. Outstanding bottle deposits are settled once all bottles are returned.

Payment

Payment is due on the billing schedule shown at signup. Failed or late payments may result in a pause of service until resolved.

Limitation of liability

We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from delivery delays outside our reasonable control (e.g., weather, road closures). Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected delivery.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
